In an emergency:
To make a home insurance claim or motor insurance claim outside of office hours please call the helpline number in your policy documents. Emergency numbers for most UK insurers are also available on the ABI website.
What happens then?
We will liaise with you and the insurance company and work hard to seek the best possible settlement for your home insurance claim or motor insurance claim.
We will also deal with other relevant parties, including Loss Adjusters and Contractors. Even in the case of a complicated insurance claim we always endeavour to make the process as painless as possible.
